Programming Via Hopinlock
Hopinlock is a free management platform created to provide an easy to use locker lock management platform. Using any Android smartphone or tablet with NFC technology, administrators can pre-configure the settings for multiple locks, saving time and energy. When a lock is first enrolled, administrators have the ability to name the lock and small description of the location (Eg. Locker 5, Level 2, Men’s Change Room)
This features greatly reduces the time involved with programming the lockers for handover, along with the ongoing administration of the lockers. Through the hopinlock app, top administrators can assign tasks to be carried out by other staff members, without the ability to make changes to the programming. All protocol is backed up to the Hopinlock Portal, so if your device is lost, you can easily restore your backup information using your account details.
The latest version of Hopinlock (v2.4) allows users to import a customer database which greatly assists with the customer handover process. Once the customer has imported the user data via a .CSV file into the Hopinlock App, all users are automatically allocated a locker number and a 4 digit PIN is randomly generated and sent to either the users’ mobile number or email address. The automated email contains the user’s allocated locker number, along with instructions on changing the randomly generated PIN.
