The KSQ Keysafe Automatic key dispenser is a unique electronic automatic secure key dispenser designed specifically for the accommodation industry, such as holiday apartments, hotels, motels etc. It enables management to easily and quickly load up to eight keys inside the unit for automatic dispensing to late arriving guests. User operation simply requires the guest to insert their booking confirmation number or mobile phone number into the numeric keypad on the front of the cabinet and the key for ONLY that guest’s room is automatically dispensed. Designed to allow future growth, the KeySafe can be expanded from an 8 key system, to dispense either 16, 24 or a maximum of 32 keys.

With the new Remote Programming Feature, customers can log into the KeySafe securely and remotely using a web-based application from your Phone or PC! Features of the remote software include adding or removing codes and editing existing codes, along with remotely dropping keys! For a full list of the remote programming features contact KSQ today.

Features include:

• Automatically dispenses from 1 to 32 keys using a PIN code
• This larger cabinet model is more suited for dispensing larger key sets, remote controls and keys, Card-keys and card key envelopes
• Supplied as an 8 key system, but is expandable to 16, 24 or 32 key capacity in the same cabinet
• Designed for late arriving guests for easy secure key delivery
• Eliminates on-site manager openings, security services or other containers using common code access to all keys!
• Limits your liability if other room keys are obtained from common code safes and guest’s safety or security is compromised
• Deluxe model with illuminated keypad and display for low light/night time conditions
• Perfect for holding keys for emergency or after hours access for trades, cleaners, staff etc.
• Includes 8 special KeySafe key tags with rings (keys can also be loaded using existing rings)
• Simple DIY installation. Just screws to the wall and plugs into an available power point.
• Optional installation for local purchasers can be arranged through KSQ including power point installation.
• Optional 4-digit Ultra Combination cabinet lock with Manager Override Key (contact KSQ to Order)
