The KSQ Keysafe Automatic key dispenser is a unique electronic automatic secure key dispenser designed specifically for the accommodation industry, such as holiday apartments, hotels, motels etc.
It enables management to easily and quickly load up to eight keys inside the unit for automatic dispensing to late arriving guests.
Easy to Operate
User operation simply requires the guest to insert their booking confirmation number or mobile phone number into the numeric keypad on the front of the cabinet and the key for ONLY that guest’s room is automatically dispensed.
Designed to Allow Future Growth
The KeySafe can be expanded from an 8 key system, to dispense either 16, 24 or a maximum of 32 keys.

Built from 3mm out Steel Casing and powder coat finish, The KSQ KeySafe Key dispenser will allow peace of mind providing after-hours access to your customer’s individual keys and keycards.

- Limits your liability if other room keys are obtained from common code safes and guest’s safety or security is compromised
- Deluxe model with illuminated keypad and display for low light/night time conditions
- Perfect for holding keys for emergency or after hours access for trades, cleaners, staff etc.
- Includes 8 special KeySafe key tags with rings (keys can also be loaded using existing rings)
- Simple DIY installation. Just screws to the wall and plugs into an available power point.
