Great News for Property Managers - Now you can provide guests and tenants with access to holiday and rental properties without issuing keys!
KSQ announce their latest innovation in lock technology with the new HRL series.
Holiday Guests or Tenants book the property through the normal process for a specific time and date for a specific period or duration. After paying their deposit you simply send them an email which contains a special code along with comprehensive but simplistic instructions of what to do on their arrival at the property. When the code is entered the lock automatically programs itseldf to the authorised access times and dates booked by the guest. The lock then prompts the guest to enter their own 3-6 digit access code used for gaining entry to the propoerty for the duration of their stay. When the date and check-out time expires the code auto deletes and denies further access.
