OVERVIEW

The KSQ Key-Safe is an automatic key dispensing system designed specifically for the holiday accommodation industry. It provides the most convenient, secure and affordable method for issuing keys to guests that arrive to their accommodation after hours. In most circumstances, when it is known that guests will be arriving out of normal business hours, management generally arrange to be onsite at the estimated time or arrange for an after hours security company to attend. Alternatively in most cases, keys are kept in improvised cabinets or domestic type safes that use a common combination for any guest to access all keys. All three methods are inconvenient, labour intensive, costly or a genuine compromise of the security of facility keys and in the latter example a potential threat to the safety of your guests.

SAFE, EFFICIENT AND SECURE

With the KSQ KEYSAFE you simply mount the steel cabinet on an external wall in the vicinity of the building entry by way of four internally concealed scews that attach it to the wall. Connect it to a power point and that's it. Once installed the KSD-8 is easily setup by management in minutes. Simply open the cabinet to access the administrator's programming mode and enter your guest's booking confirmation number or mobile number (or any number up to 10 digits), insert the key(s) and close the door. When your guests arrive they simply enter their mobile number and the key to their room automatically drops into the key chute at the bottom of the cabinet. It's that easy, that simple. The codes canbe changed as and when required or left in the system for ongoing access to keys needed on a continuous basis (tradesmen, cleaners and the like)

VARIOUS SIZES AND OPTIONS

For the larger size facilities the KSD is also available in 16 keys, 24 keys, 48 and 64 key systems. It can be used not only for holiday accommodation and thier guests but also for permanent residents and high rise facilities where spare keys can be permanently and securely stored for access in emergecies or lockouts. There are various options available for enhancing and protecting the cabinet, such as a rechargeable back-up battery kit, a backlight display (for low lit areas) and a weathershield to minimise exposure of the cabinet to the elements or harsh environments.
